Muscle Firespray

Lately I've had time to paint some of my own ships. The first ship to get some love was the venerable old Firespray-31. I've actually planned to paint this for quite some time and the base colours was painted back in Novemeber!

Anyway, when I painted this I was heavily inspired by American muscle cars, especially cars with GT stripes. Of course I couldn't quite leave just at that so I decided to paint the stripes asymmetricaly and also be rather extreme with the highlights. As always, enjoy!
